The administrative services are responsible for :&#8211; Developing and implementing the annual human resources management plan;&#8211; Monitoring the career paths of center personnel;&#8211; Developing and implementing annual and multi-year training plans for center personnel;&#8211; Developing the operating and equipment budget proposal for the center and ensuring its execution after approval;&#8211; Managing the general accounting of the center;&#8211; Providing operational resources to the center&#8217;s structures;&#8211; Managing legal and litigation affairs of the center;&#8211; Managing, maintaining, and servicing movable and immovable assets of the center;&#8211; Keeping inventory records of the center;&#8211; Preserving and maintaining center archives. The administrative services, totaling three (3), are organized into :&#8211; Personnel and Training Service;&#8211; Budget and Accounting Service;&#8211; General Resources Service. The research divisions, totaling four (4), consist of :&#8211; &#8220;Design, Industrialization, and Innovation&#8221; Division;&#8211; &#8220;Manufacturing Processes&#8221; Division;&#8211; &#8220;Three-Dimensional Geometry of Parts and Mechanisms&#8221; Division;&#8211; &#8220;Material Behavior, Damage, and Surface Treatment&#8221; Division. The &#8220;Design, Industrialization, and Innovation&#8221; Division is responsible for conducting studies and research on :&#8211; Design and realization of new architectures;&#8211; Development of innovative products, processes, and systems;&#8211; Industrialization with integration of cost, tooling, and operational range approaches;&#8211; Supporting innovation and optimizing technical solutions;&#8211; Making decisions on products and managing production systems. The &#8220;Manufacturing Processes&#8221; Division is responsible for conducting studies and research on:&#8211; Manufacturing of new geometries, including cutting and grinding ceramics, cutting and grinding high-performance steels;&#8211; Optimization of cutting tool trajectories using polynomial approaches;&#8211; Surface finish optimization with control of geometric discontinuities;&#8211; Machining of composite materials and tool wear. The &#8220;Three-Dimensional Geometry of Parts and Mechanisms&#8221; Division is responsible for conducting studies and research on:&#8211; Surface capture through reverse engineering and free-form digitization;&#8211; Geometric quality of manufactured parts;&#8211; Three-dimensional acquisition and shape identification;&#8211; Integrated design of products and processes.
